Bananen Curry Sauce

Bananen Curry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Banane
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 1/2 Zitrone klein
  • Orange klein
  • 2 1/2 TL Curry-Pulver Bio
  • Cayennepfeffer,Salz, Pfeffer

Instructions

  1. Die Zirone und Orange auspressen.

    Die Banane mit einer Gabel zu Mus zerdrücken und mit dem Orangen- und Zitronensaft vermischen.

  2. Anschließend den Schmand und das Currypulver unterrühren.
  3. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Cayennepfeffer würzen.

Eignet sich sehr gut zu den verschiedenen Fondues

Since years I am a great fan of Paul Bocuse, Joël Robuchon, Alfons Schubeck and many others.
