Ingredients

  • 5 fleurs de potimarron
  • 1 oignon
  • 2 courgettes
  • 1 bouquet betterave
  • 2 branches persil
  • 3-4 c.à s. parmesan râpé
  • farine
  • 2 c.à s. huile d'olive extra vierge

Instructions

  1. Couper les légumes finement et les mettre dans un bol, ajouter le persil haché et le basilic, ajouter les betteraves, mélanger les légumes, ajouter le parmesan, saler et poivrer.

    Ajouter la farine et mélanger le tout.

    Mettre le mélange de légumes dans un moule, ajouter l'huile et faire cuire au four préchauffé à 180 degrés pendant une heure.

Since years I am a great fan of Paul Bocuse, Joël Robuchon, Alfons Schubeck and many others.
