La tartinade de saumon fumé et Roquefort

La tartinade de saumon fumé et Roquefort

Ingredients

  • saumon fumé
  • Roquefort
  • crème fraîche épaisse
  • citron
  • aneth sel et poivre
  • pain de seigle
  • brins d’aneth

Instructions

  1. Dans un mixeur ajouter tous les ingrédients : le saumon fumé, quelques morceaux de Roquefort, de la crème fraîche épaisse, le jus d’un citron, de l’aneth puis sel et poivre.
  2. Mixer le tout puis réserver au frais
  3. Au moment de servir, tartiner sur une tranche de pain de seigle et y ajouter un brin d’aneth.

Since years I am a great fan of Paul Bocuse, Joël Robuchon, Alfons Schubeck and many others.
