  • 1 Pont l’Evêque AOP de Normandie
  • 1 courge butternut
  • 2 patates douce moyennes ou des pommes de terre
  • 1 bouillon de volaille
  • Sel

Instructions

  1. Voici une délicieuse recette au fromage Pont l’Evêque.
  2. Une couche de butternut et de patate douce, une couche de Pont l’Evêque, une couche de légumes et on termine par une couche de fromage.
  3. Attention, vous allez vous régaler !

Since years I am a great fan of Paul Bocuse, Joël Robuchon, Alfons Schubeck and many others.
