Pudding au Matcha et à la fleur d oranger

Ingredients

  • 500 ml lait de coco
  • 1 avocat taille moyenne
  • 100 g sucre
  • 4,5 g fleur d’oranger
  • 3 g matcha
  • 15 g vanille
  • 40 ml huile de coco douce
  • 50 ml jus d’orange
  • 1 zeste d’orange
  • Pincée de sel

Instructions

  1. Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans un blender à vitesse élevée jusqu’à obtention d’une texture bien lisse.
  2. Verser dans des ramequins.
  3. Laissez refroidir puis servez avec de la chantilly des framboises ou des petits morceaux d’orange.

Since years I am a great fan of Paul Bocuse, Joël Robuchon, Alfons Schubeck and many others.
