Mexican Martini

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • 60 ml Reposado* Tequila
  • 30 ml Cointreau
  • 30 ml lime juice fresh
  • 25 ml orange juice fresh
  • 15 ml olive brine
  • 3 olives

Instructions

  1. Wet half the lip of a martini glass and dip it in salt.
  2. Chill the glass.
  3. Pour the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into the glass.
  5. Garnish with olives on a spear.

Recipe Notes

* “Reposado” is a tequila aged a minimum of two months, but less than a year in oak barrels.
