Wash the strawberries and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off the tops and core them with a small knife.
Combine the mascarpone and cream cheese, the sugar, cocoa, milk and Grand Marnier in a bowl. Whisk or use an electric hand mixer to thoroughly combine.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag, pipe the cheese mixture into the cored strawberries and refrigerate.
Before enjoying them sprinkle the strawberries with powdered sugar.
