Mexican Martini

Ingredients
- Salt
- 60 ml Reposado* Tequila
- 30 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml lime juice fresh
- 25 ml orange juice fresh
- 15 ml olive brine
- 3 olives
Instructions

Wet half the lip of a martini glass and dip it in salt.

Chill the glass.

Pour the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Strain into the glass.

Garnish with olives on a spear.
Recipe Notes
* “Reposado” is a tequila aged a minimum of two months, but less than a year in oak barrels.
